REFUNDS AND PAYMENT COLLECTION

I take your investment seriously and would appreciate it if you took my time and resource investment in your success seriously as well. Due to the nature of the services and/or products offered, I do not provide refunds. I reserve the right to charge a monthly interest rate of 8% on any amount that remains unpaid within 14 calendar days following the payment due date.

If an amount remains unpaid for 30 days, I reserve the right to initiate collection procedures, during which you will be responsible for paying all outstanding debts and all collection costs, including attorney fees.

In the event of late payment, I reserve the right to reschedule your project for another time within the following 30 days.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By accepting these Service Terms, you declare that you are at least of legal age, or if you have reached the age of majority, you have granted permission for your minor relatives to use my website.

You may not use my products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and during the use of the Service, you may not violate the laws applicable in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws).

You may not transmit viruses or any destructive code. Any breach or violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your services.

All my plans are protected by copyright. You may not resell the plans or claim them as your original creations. I hold all rights to all plans, graphics, photos, and files contained within my designs. Sharing themes or provided design elements with other users is prohibited. A theme may only be used on a single product or page. You may not pass your template to anyone else.

Designers may not claim that my themes are their own work and may not promote them as original creations. The images appearing on demo pages may not be used on live websites. These images are protected by copyright. Please replace all demo images.

MAINTENANCE AND MONTHLY PACKAGE TERMS

I am not responsible for changes made by third parties to the client's website.

I do not assume responsibility for third-party plugins that may become unusable during content maintenance.

I do not fix websites that have been compromised, hacked, vandalized, or infected before I began working with the client.

I cannot guarantee the restoration, repair, and availability of backups for the client's website.

Personalized collaboration requires a 12-month commitment (with automatic renewal; no refunds on cancellation).

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Before you register on my website or make any purchase, you must consent to my Privacy Policy. If you have already consented, or when you consent, the terms of the Privacy Policy and these Terms together constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of my website between you and me.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy is found to be illegal or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all other policies are to be interpreted and governed by the laws of Hungary.
