The purpose of the website

The clinic's previous website was difficult to edit, the layout of treatments was not transparent, and the user experience felt outdated. The goal was to create a modern, trust-building, easily manageable website that directly supports appointment bookings and newsletter sign-ups for interested parties.
The revamped website offers a cleaner visual appearance, a well-thought-out content structure, and easier usability. The categorization of services has become more transparent, the appointment booking process has become clearer, and the content better supports conversions from a marketing perspective.

The previous website was uniquely coded, making it almost impossible for the client to make modifications. The structure of the treatments did not follow the clinic's service logic, and new treatments could not be easily added.
Research and analysis:
  • Analysis of competitors' websites (content, structure, design)
  • Review of user behavior patterns, focusing on: quick access to information + simple booking
User requirements:
  • Immediately understandable treatment descriptions
  • Trustworthy before-and-after images and feedback
  • One-step appointment booking option

  • We have organized the treatments into new, logical categories so that users can find what they are looking for more quickly

I maintained the clinic's previous pink branding color to ensure that the online appearance is in harmony with the physical environment (interior space, brochures, door stickers). For this, I used pure white, beige, and light gray shades as complementary colors, which provide a fresher, cleaner, and more premium overall effect. The visual atmosphere is intentionally feminine, friendly, and trust-building, but not excessive or 'pink'. In the imagery and graphic elements, a natural, clean aesthetic prevails, which helps strengthen professional credibility and confidence in the quality of treatments.
